- On Friday I had dinner with Part-Time Puerto Rican and Miss. Scorsese. We went to the NY Historical Society to catch an exhibit on Harlem by which I was terribly bothered, but dinner was cool. Apparently, neither of them have lost their senses of humor.
- Saturday while leaving out of the train station, a guy told me, "keep your head up because your face illuminates the sky." It was a kind gesture. That was until he said, "I bet you didn't know that word huh? Nobody ever told you you illuminate before right?" I think I should be offended.
- There was a feast for the eyes at Riverside Park. No explanation needed!
- I cooked a meal so tasty yesterday that I gave myself a high five and had seconds and thirds. So much for any benefit of running at Riverside Park the day before:-(
- Bronx Bomber and Chi-Town Chica both warned me that I'm too old for colored denim, much to the delight of Cajun Spice and in agreement with Favorite Person weeks before, but I didn't believe none of them until I saw pictures of the Sasha and Malia in Paris this weekend. But in my defense, I wanted "pale" colored denim not this vibrant stuff they have on. But point has been taken and I'll relinquish that desire (for now).

Laugh now but somehow someway there has to be denim other than blue, black, white or gray i could wear in an age appropriate manner!!!! And the eye candy was there on Sat. But it was my first time seeing it so maybe it was a fluke.
