I'm Not Racist, But....

When I call an American corporation to resolve an issue, I want someone (doesn't have to be American) who speaks English and is able to fully comprehend what I'm saying and I them. I've just spent the past hour (make that 2 hours now!!!) on the phone with a U.S. based company who has hung up on me 4 times!!! All because there was a breakdown in communication. Me telling them that I'm not calling about one matter, but rather another, seems to prompt them to think there is no need for the call! Jesus please take the wheel!
