Will someone please tell Marion Barry that he just needs to stay in the house at all times because I'm tired of him getting arrested? If he isn't tired of being in central lockup I'm sure as heck tired of him being there. This time the former mayor, current councilman has been arrested for stalking. While I admit the details are few and from what I've read, I can't say one way or the other if he indeed was stalking this woman or if she was overreacting. But I will say this, people look at our lives and use past actions to predict future ones. Over a course of time people make conclusions about the habitual choices we make and how those choices reflect our true character. My perception of the arrest is that it is highly likely he was indeed stalking because his past choices include smoking crack cocaine, skipping out on his taxes for years, and driving a car with traces of marijuana and cocaine in it.
