Today and Everyday I'm Thankful

1. That I grew up with a great group of African-American women who influenced and told me I could do and be anything. They encouraged my every little whim. If you don't believe me, see the 3rd post down. 

2. I have my health.  

3. I was able to use a gift card AND a coupon thus, only paying $6 for a magnificent coffee table book. Despite Bowler Boy's best efforts to discourage me, I prevailed. 

4. When Bowler Boy called, he automatically knew something was wrong and sat patiently while I cried my eyes out in public. It's good to have friends who know you so well that even a change in breathing can alert them to something different about you. 

5. I'm not the only one in the fight against social networking sites.
